I noticed I wasn’t making a drama out of it as much as I did before. … I realized, I am enjoying the whole process.

This is so different than before. I would be more able to witness the changes. Like moments when I couldn’t push through and I wouldn’t blame myself like I did before.

Actually, I would just think: ‘Oh interesting, drinking just a glass of wine or a cocktail has this effect. Or not working out for three days in a row has this effect. Or eating carbs in that amount has this effect. Interesting!

It’s more like from a detached perception than feeling big in it and having to overcome all these moments of judgment.
